YOGA CLASSES
I teach public and private classes in and around the Tunbridge Wells area. I offer a fully rounded yoga practice in my sessions, suitable for seasoned yogis and students new to yoga. It is vital to incorporate all aspects of yoga to explore the full benefit for body, mind and soul. Meditation to help us dissolve the stresses of life and teach us to see with more clarity, vinyasa style sequences and postures to free the body from tension, creating both mobility and stability. Breathing practices to direct , explore and discover our energies.

This 6 week course is for anyone who is in perimenopause, menopause or post menopause.

These sessions will be a supportive space to come and learn valuable yogic tools to help alleviate challenging symptoms and connect to others going through the same. Postures and sequences, breathing, lots of deep rest and a time to share and connect (did you know that women spending time with women releases the hormone Oxytocin). We will educate, empower and reframe this right of passage to enable you to step into your own bodies wisdom and power.
